I took a walk at lunch today. It was warm outside and it actually felt like spring. For a brief moment I was tempted to think “it’s hot” in a complaining tone. I stopped myself from even thinking it. Two days ago I was complaining because it was too cold. What is God to do with us fickle humans who are never happy with what we have? So I felt the sun on my face and the sweat trickle down my neck and I smiled and thought “thank you”.
